Abeid Amani Karume International Airport, close to Stone Town, by car 55 km from Ma’a Salama, 1 hour drive, transfers can be booked by us.
Ferries departing from Dar es Salaam dock at Stone Town's main harbour to reach Zanzibar, from there it is 1 hour and 15-minute drive by car to Ma’a Salama, transfers can be booked by us.
Driving is on the left side. Tourist drivers must present their international driver's license at the police station and receive a local driver’s permit. However, we recommend to focus on enjoying the Zanzibar landscape with a private driver or a taxi, which can be booked by our team.
